Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, France and Spain.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
For both domestic and international orders, we aim to ship your order the next business day. Please note that for international shipments to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, France and Spain, delivery time may be longer due to distance and customs processes. We will always keep you informed if there is a delay in the shipping process for any reason.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands:
€4.95 for 1 to 3 CDs.
€7.25 for LPs or a CD box.
€9.25 for registered items.
Free shipping for orders over €75.
International shipping (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, France and Spain):
€9.50 for 1 to 3 CDs.
€12.50 for LPs or a CD box.
€15.00 for registered items.
Free shipping for orders over €150.
How will my order be delivered?
In the Netherlands:
Your order will be delivered via the postman or parcel deliverer of DHL or PostNL. You will usually receive your order within 2 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
International orders:
We also use reliable delivery services such as DHL and PostNL for deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and local delivery partners, but we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For exact delivery times per country, we advise you to contact us.
What if I have a complaint?
We value our products and do our best to deliver them in top condition. If something is not to your liking, we recommend that you first contact us at info@recordsale.nl.
Can I return my product?
As a consumer you can return unused and unopened products within eight days of delivery. Make sure that the return shipment is in the original packaging, is undamaged and has sufficient postage. Please report your return to us in advance by email: info@recordsale.nl
I have provided the wrong delivery address. What now?
If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
